In late April 2025 Pansophico welcomed U.S. Army Brigadier General (ret.) Kipling V. Kahler as a member of our Board of Advisors. General Kahler most recently was the Senior Defense Official and Defense Attache in Kyiv, Ukraine until December 2024, and prior to that was the Senior Defense Official and Defense Attache in Ankara, Turkiye. He brings over 35 years of multifaceted international experience and leadership in the commercial, military, intelligence and diplomatic fields.
